This site showcases practical AI use cases from the BLK19 AI WhatsApp group. The first demo shows how multiple ordinary equipment documents were transformed into one searchable interactive manual with troubleshooting tools, calculators, maintenance notes, and source-based structure.

First Project: Uline H-1679 Interactive Manual

The interactive manual was created from four separate documents:

  • IH-1679 — Instructions
  • PH-1679 — Parts diagram
  • TH-1679 — Troubleshooting sheet
  • SH-1649 — Sealed lead-acid battery Safety Data Sheet (SDS)
Instead of digging through separate instruction, parts, troubleshooting, and battery safety documents, this turns them into one searchable manual with safety notes, troubleshooting, calculators, parts lookup, and maintenance guidance.

Why This Matters

This is practical AI: messy documentation transformed into usable tools. No fancy dashboards, no buzzwords — just real documents turned into something you can actually search, click through, and use on the job.
